At Thenergy, we work towards a sustainable future. By implementing innovative and responsible practices, we strive for a better world for future generations. This means, among other things, that we collaborate with like-minded partners in the supply chain to improve the sustainability of sourced raw materials.
We ensure that only products which cannot be used for food or feed purposes, or are by-products of other processes, are traded for industries such as fertilizer and biogas. This approach maximizes the value of raw materials and by-products, helping to prevent waste and promote reuse as much as possible.
The knowledge we have built up of the supply chains is of great value for the development of sustainably trading other raw materials.

Hydrotreated Vegetable Oil
In collaboration with logistics provider Zijderlaan we are choosing HVO for all transport carried out via Zijderlaan, on a mass balance basis. Made from renewable resources, HVO100 offers an alternative to traditional fossil fuels. This marks a significant step towards a more sustainable logistics chain.

Our operations comply with the requirements of sustainable and deforestation-free supply chains, promoting sustainable bioenergy practices, following the International Sustainability and Carbon Certification (ISCC EU).

VIHB & OVAM Registration
We are proud to announce compliance with the legal requirements for transporting, collecting, trading, and mediating in commercial and hazardous waste in The Netherlands and Flanders, Belgium. With VIHB registration, we aim to contribute to responsible and sustainable waste management. We strive to collect, transport, and process waste in an environmentally friendly manner, helping to minimize environmental impact and promote recycling and reuse of materials.
